The White River Bass Masters (WRBM) held the sixth tournament of the 2013 regular season at Raccoon Lake near Rockville, IN, on Sunday, August 18, 2013. The story of this tournament was how disappointing Raccoon Lake proved to be.  29 anglers worked hard to bring in only 7 keepers total.  One angler, Josh McDermott, caught 2 of those 7 keepers for 5.29 lbs and that led the way to Josh’s 3rd win of the season.  Josh is in his rookie season with the White River Bass Masters and he all but slammed the door on the 2013 Angler of The Year race.  Josh simply has to show up to the last tournament of the season and he’ll earn the AOY honors.  Finishing in second place and Big Bass with 1 solid keeper bass going 4.98 lb’s was David Replogle.  Kip Miller wound up in 3rd place with 1 keeper weighing in at 2.95 lbs.  Rounding out the top 5 were Ryan Gootee with one bass worth 2.58 lbs. and Rick Goodyear with one fish going  2.51 lbs.  WRBM will be at it again on Sunday, September 22nd, at Shafer Lake near Monticello, IN.
