White River Bass Masters is proud to participate in involving Indiana's youth in the sport of bass fishing. Each year WRBM hosts a Casting Kids competition to expose kids to the sport and give them a chance to compete for great prizes, all while showing off their casting skills. On March 15th at Gander Mountain the White River Bass Masters conducted a "REEL KIDS" casting event. 35 Kids competed during the day for Berkly Fishing rod and reel combinations and tackle boxes donated by Gander Mountain. In addition Gander Mountain gave each participant a Gander Mtn camo baseball hat, Bumper Sticker and a $10 coupon. In all the prizes totaled 7 Rods and reels and 6 tackle boxes during the 7 hour contest. Winners that will be moving on to the State Contest are (8-!!) Griffen Lickfeldt of Westfield and (12-15) Tyler Upchurch of Indianapolis. |
