I have been fishing since I was 5yrs old and maybe earlier.  I started bass fishing when I was 9 and have been doing it with my dad ever since.  My father used to tournament fish back in the day as well.  So I guess you could say I have been fishing now for a total of 28 yrs all total.  I have been with WRBM since 2005.
My favorite lake is a chain of strip pits down by Bicknell Indiana.  No name to it, just some farmers strip mines.  My least favorite lake is Patoka.  I seriously think this lake is way overrated!
Some of my accomplishments are, I have completed 2 off road DINO triathlons, ex-firefighter EMT, I have also finished in 7th place each year in WRBM.  This year I plan on getting into more mountain bike races, outdoor adventure race, 24hr mountain bike races, and if I have time maybe another off road DINO series triathlon.

In 2007  I finished in 10th place finish at the 2007 BASS state tournament and represented the 2007 BASS Indiana State team at the Lake Erie northern divisional.

I enjoy meeting new friends

I have an awesome wife, Joni (she lets me fish), and an incredible son, Caleb.  I enjoy spending time with my family, sports, and anything with competition.

I have been fishing since I was about 2, competitvely since I was about 12.
Favorite lake: Hard to narrow it down, Minnetonka because it is a great fishery and you never know what the next cast will give you. For around here though I would have to say White river.
Accomplishments: I was the president of the Purdue Bass club while in college. Angler of the Year 2006 WRBM, Part of the Big Ten Champion Team 2002, Part of three Old Minnow Bucket wins (Purdue vs. IU), White River World Champion 2005 (Just a joke about how the Wednesday nighters went that year), Hoosier Musky Hunters Youth Angler of the year 1995-1999(held the title until I was to old to fish the division.
Family: Both parents, 2 (older) sisters, 3 nephews and one Niece.
Favorite fishing techniques: Jig fishing would have to be top, followed by tube fishing. Regardless of the body of water I will probably be somewhere that there is current.
Club fishing: I have been in clubs since I 2001, but this past year was my first year in the WRBM.

Hunting and Fishing are things I grew up doing with my Grandpa, Dad and brother. Bass fishing is my favorite but Muskie fishing is a close second. I live on the NE side of Indianapolis with my occasional fishing partner my dog Ziggy. Started competitive fishing at some local tournaments on Geist for a few years then joined WRBM.

I am an original 2004 WRBM member, 2005 WRBM Vice President, 2006 WRBM President, and a member of our Top 8 team all three years.

Most anglers who know me think I like to throw a rattle trap and that was the truth until I learned how to fish a jig the proper way.
